NIPUN (National Initiative for Proficiency in Reading with Understanding and Numeracy) Lakshay is a national-level initiative launched by the Ministry of Education under the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. It aims to ensure that every child in India achieves foundational literacy and numeracy by the end of Grade 3 by 2026-27.
